A graduate of Columbia Journalism School, Chase Scheinbaum is an accomplished communications and marketing professional based in San Diego. He leads strategic marketing initiatives, product launches, and communications campaigns at Enovis, a global medical technology company.

Blending in-house and consulting experience, he excels at translating medicine, science, and technology to capture mindshare among key audiences in regulated and non-regulated industries. Coupling this with marketing expertise, he made impactful contributions to San Diego Magazine and San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance. At PetDx, he devised and executed integrated strategies to bring to market a groundbreaking product—a multi-cancer early detection test—to any veterinarian and pet parent. As principal of Shine Bomb Comms, he serves as a communications consultant, elevating PR and media strategies for emerging and established companies.

He began his career in journalism, for daily newspapers and the largest public broadcast channel in Los Angeles. He since garnered bylines in national magazines, sold rights to a feature article, edited a book of interviews with finance luminaries, wrote speeches for executives, penned copy for prominent brands, and led communications efforts for preeminent biotech firms.
